T-I-Double-Guh-Errr

The driveway has just been shoveled (again!), we are sipping hot tea, watching the Winter Olympics and wishing for warmer times (enough is enough, already!)

We started thinking about Grandma and Gramdpa Cook in Florida (Hi guys!) and then we started thinking about how great it would be to be there, and then we started thinking about our first trip to Disney with Ethan and how cool it will be (still years away, mind you) and then we started thinking about Uncle Chad, Aunty Carrie, Liam and Mal's trip to Florida last year, and then we thought about this cool onesie they brought back for Ethan . It suits him perfectly. The colour, of course (we love our orange!) and the fact that he is just like Tigger...never, ever sitting still. The pics were taken back in November. It is not quite as roomy now but it still gets plenty of wear!

He started at the 8.

He's mobile...just not in the right direction yet!

We have two new favourite games; blocks (wish I could give Ethan credit for that tower but right now he is more into knocking it down) and eating our feet (he's not picky...he's even gone after mine a few times!)

Guess he decided to stick with the gum.

I have Darin looking at me for a change...Ethan, on the other hand, can't peel his eyes away from speed skating. My men are pretty cute, if I do say so myself! :)

It's Called Patriotism

The Excel Gum commercial has become a big joke in our house...I can't find it anywhere to link to it but I'm sure you know the one "the more I beard, the more my beard donates to athletes." It cracks us up every time.
Ethan and I are more straitforward about our patriotism. It is not offical Olympic garb, but we are making it clear we are rooting for the home team.

my valentine

Daddy is at work and we are stuck inside. What to do, what to do? Have a dance party,naturally!...It's snowing and we love to watch the flakes fall...

Happy Valentine's Day!
